Living Legacies of Care

At Living Legacy Gardens Mornington Green, we see every day how much a legacy matters. While we grow trees to honour those who have passed, we also celebrate the “Living Legacies” among us, the nurses and healthcare teams who care for our Mornington Peninsula community.

In times of grief, crisis, and uncertainty, it is often a nurse who provides comfort and strength. As our Giant Sunflower reaches full bloom, we are dedicating this season to the staff of Peninsula Health in Frankston, Rosebud, and across the Peninsula.

Every Nominated Nurse Receives

Is there a nurse who held your hand, gave you hope, or went above and beyond for your family? We want to thank them on your behalf.
